Hi, I’m Khadijah, the heart and hands behind Designs By Dij—an empowerment art brand born out of my love for illustration, cultural celebration, and unapologetic self-expression.
As a Black woman who has navigated corporate spaces and creative spaces alike, I know firsthand how it feels to be asked—verbally or silently—to shrink parts of myself. My natural hair, my culture, my voice. Designs By Dij began as a personal rebellion against that—an artistic affirmation that we are powerful just as we are.
